Each tea blend consists of 2 main herbs and 4 powdered down herbs (Tara’s Tea Seasoning)mixed in each blend to amplify the health and wellness benefits, and enhance natural flavor.

How to prepare tea blends:

1. Add 1 tsp of loose leaf herbs to every 6-8 oz cup of water (strainer ball, tea bags, or other tea straining devices)
2. Steep for 5 mins
3. Pour in cup let rest for 3 minutes (preferably with strainer ball, leave in for stronger cup)
